Fix build issues with Android Studio Dolphin and upgrade Gradle

These changes allow the Talkback project to build from within Android Studio.

I'm able to build it on an m1 Mac using rossetta2. I had to touch the build script but it works (I use it to run on emulators).

I downloaded this source and tryed building in android studio, stil it was not possible. ded projects, anyone doesn't answer and not resolving our problems. I wanted a version that android studio could build it, So I can fix a fue long standing bugs, But they aren't

TalkBack builds successfully on Linux and can also be built on Windows when using Android Studio with WSL2.
This repository is not responsible for assisting users with basic development environment setup.
If you're interested in contributing, it's expected that you have at least a basic understanding of how to set up an appropriate development environment for Android projects.
