Example Mobile phone number for BE changed

I changed the current existing example phone number for BE mobile
Currently it's 470123456.
I've changed it to something more random 412654321 which is still the same format.
But it seems that this is an existing number to a adult phone line. We had one of our clients call the number and well.. it came back to us to change it.

Since we are using https://github.com/giggsey/libphonenumber-for-php for the package, but were redirect to make the change here.

Could you please tell us what is the issue with 470123456? Because when we tried to call the number it did not connect.

412654321 is the wrong example number for Mobile. Mobile numbers in Belgium start with prefixes 45 to 49.

We have a platform that had this number as a placeholder and 2 people called it and connected to well.. a person
So we don't want this to happen again or to other people living in Belgium.
But I'll read into the contributing file.
