These were stubs for missing tests under SDK v3, but the methods were removed in v4 because they relate to GCSv4 activation.
The methods for modifying Endpoint Servers, a GCSv4 feature, were removed in SDK v4. Remove the relevant xfail test stubs for missing tests of these methods.
This was used to create many xfail stubs in the past, but it is no longer relevant.

These stubs were added in order to spec out the various tests which were missing (and which, at the time, we intended to fill out in full).
However, the particular stubs have aged out -- methods have now been removed with their "xfail stubs" left behind.
