This pull request consolidates and modernizes the GitHub Projects V2 tooling by replacing multiple granular project operations with two unified tools:
project_readfor all read operations andproject_writefor all write operations. These changes simplify both the codebase and the user interface for interacting with GitHub Projects, making the API surface more consistent and easier to use.Toolset refactor and consolidation:
