Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the GitHub Certifications documentation to reflect changes in the certification program infrastructure. The main purpose is to fix a broken registration link and remove outdated content references.

The exam registration page was replaced. I updated the link to the new certification registration page. Additionally the FAQ and handbook have been removed so I removed the "further reading" section of this page.
