Takes the CVSS 3.1 score from apache CVE5 record: https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/blob/cd856850c1f155bf4c55aa13d33a4cd4455e5f63/cves/2025/52xxx/CVE-2025-52520.json#L133
This was necessary to submit the org.apache.tomcat.embed:tomcat-embed-core entries as the UI insists the current CVSS 4 score is incorrect and would not let me submit otherwise
