Looks good, but test_mongokafka_pubsub.py should go under daopubsub

Yes, you're right. Also, the naming could be probably still improved for clarity, but I'll leave it like that for now. |

This PR just rearranges the integration test files, grouping them by protocol instead of provider.
This will make it easier to use the same tests for a protocol for different providers and make sure they are compatible.
