Migration from Renovate to Dependabot
This pull request replaces the Renovate dependency update configuration with Dependabot. It removes the
renovate.jsonfile and adds a.github/dependabot.ymlconfiguration file which schedules weekly updates for pip dependencies every Saturday.This change is purely related to the automation of dependency version updates and does not impact the application code or logic.
