for context, this was just an experimental skill for testing wardens ability to natively generate lint rules. changed direction, i think warden doing skill generation is overloading it. |

Remove the warden-lint-judge skill, which was part of Warden's multi-pass
pipeline (phase 2) for evaluating first-pass findings and proposing
deterministic lint rules. No longer needed.
