Incompatible vite major version with vite-plugin-svelte 1.4.0

@sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte version 1.4.0 has a peer dependency on vite ^3.0.0. Bumping vite to ^5.4.21 (two major versions forward) without also upgrading the plugin creates a peer dependency mismatch. The 1.x plugin line uses Vite 3 internal APIs that changed significantly in Vite 4 and 5, which will likely break tests that rely on the Svelte vite plugin (as configured in vite.config.ts). The plugin needs to be upgraded to version 3.x+ to be compatible with Vite 5.
