The fixed rulebook for the Instagram-clone test (#290): one md with the feature checklist (7 must-haves + stretch), a 4-part score, and the run protocol. Nothing to run until this is agreed, so #293 and #294 both hang off it.
Kept the dog-instagram theme for continuity with the existing catalog spec + the baseline result already generated. Mapped scoring straight onto what the bench already produces (checks / smoke / the 5-dim judge) so it's mechanical, not manual.
Two laziness signals fall out: feature coverage (X/7) and the judge's autonomy score.
Staged here in gemstack per our call; once agreed it moves next to the catalog spec in compare-ai-generations (that's where #293's yaml lives).
