Closes #254. Part of #204 (Open Loop), phase 2.
The picker primitive: enumerate the available domain presets so the CLI/UI can list them and pick one by name.
builtinDomainPresets()loads every preset dir shipped underpresets/(today just software-development; new built-ins get picked up automatically).loadDomainPresetsFrom(dir)loads every immediate subdirectory that has apreset.md, skips the rest, sorted by name. Missing dir yields[].selectPreset(list, name)already existed, reused to pick one.Exported from
src/preset/index.ts+ top-levelsrc/index.ts. Tests: mkdtemp fixture (skips non-preset subdirs, sorts, pickable by name) + shipped-dir integrity (software-development loads, its loop prompt ids resolve). Changeset minor.Additive, no existing behavior changes. Typecheck + 316 tests green (docker flake did not fire).
Next (separate issue): CLI
--preset <name>flag +the-framework.ymlpersistence.
