The first built-in Open Loop preset as a directory of .md files: 2 loops (major-change, bug-fix), 5 stack-agnostic prompts, 1 skill pointer. Non-web, user-picked. softwareDevelopmentPreset() loads it; builtinPresetsDir() points at the shipped presets/ dir. Closes #243

Third piece of the Open Loop first slice (#204): the first real domain preset in the bundle format from #242, proving it end to end.
