docs(ai-autopilot): reflect the shipped runner adapters#237

DockerRunner and WebContainerRunner ship in this package now, not as separate packages. Update the runner section to list all three real adapters, and add remove_file / start_server to the runnerTools list. Closes #233

The runner section still said only FakeRunner + LocalRunner ship and that the sandboxed adapters land as separate packages. DockerRunner and WebContainerRunner now ship in this package and are exported. Lists all three real adapters, and adds
remove_file/start_serverto the runnerTools list.Docs only, no changeset.
