This also adds print statements for debugging the restarting. Current status: test fails. Judging the print output of the test, it appears that - cohorts are correctly initialized. - cohorts are (in printout) not yet summarised on tile level (e.g. pleaf_c=0) - dtemp_pvy and wscal_pvy are not initialized - wscal_alldays is different smal fix

Namely: 'GR_factor' (all unused)
Activating phenotype parameter which had formerly been derived from the LMA value (<0.035kgC/m2 was deciduous, >0.035kgC/m2 was evergreen). Now this is specified as input parameter: 0=deciduous, 1=evergreen. We also initialize the leaf status as ON/OFF at beginning of simulation.
