Initial Dev Release (0.5.0)

This release is a pre-release of PyHub, a cool, mostly Python-based hub.

Just download the source code as a .zip OR .tar.gz, then use run.cmd to run it. Prerequisites are a Java JDK and Python installed.

Once i Find a way to build this into an exe bundle, then ill do Initial 1.0.0 release.
