I lead Client Technology (Public Sector) at RTI International — tech strategy, AI, cloud platforms, and compliance strategy for federal research and implementation. Before RTI: digital transformation at Abt Associates, global technology at CARE, and five years building digital programs at U.S. Peace Corps HQ.
