サーバ起動時に実行していた GORM の AutoMigrate を無効化し、アプリケーション起動によるDBスキーマ変更を止める変更です（スキーマ作成/更新をアプリとは別の運用手段に寄せたい意図と思われます）。
Changes:
cmd/server/main.goの起動処理からdatabase.AutoMigrate(db)呼び出しをコメントアウトして無効化
