Typos
There are references to Mortgage.FixedRate.x in a number of spots. To be consistent with the earlier text this should read as Mortgage.Fixed.x . This does not affect code execution but nice to clean up.
The documentation for the Balance formula incorrectly leaves the parentheses off of Payment which leads to a code execution error. The PR corrects this in the text but there is also a screenshot with this error that will need to be replaced.
