Adds minimal.toml with shell/claude/setup/start/dev tasks for running Friday Studio inside a Minimal sandbox, plus the supporting scripts: min-setup.sh (deno install, .env scaffold, uv pre-warm), min-start.sh (daemon foreground), and setup-dev.sh (tmux 3-pane layout: claude, daemon, shell). Pins daemon state under .friday-home so it persists across sandbox runs (sandbox HOME is read-only); .gitignore updated to match. tmux.conf sets prefix to C-o with emacs-mode bindings.
