Add Docker environment setup files to enable correct application execution.
During the bug analysis, the application failed to run due to PHP version incompatibilities and missing extensions (OCI8, Redis). These files facilitate the use of the project's existing Docker Compose setup, allowing the application to run in its intended environment and confirm the operational status and the presence of previously identified code bugs.
