This adds support to do audit <binary_file>. Most of the code is copied from the original `go version` command which doesn't export any functions (https://github.com/golang/go/blob/2b325f8d5240fe46de768b15cb5085eddfa2b8f6/src/cmd/go/internal/version/version.go)
