Ry said she didn't want autotools support anymore in the Discord, iirc, so closing this. I'll leave the repo up in case anyone else wants it, or wants to try reworking it some to fit upstream better. If it matters to those people, the changes are dual license public domain/0BSD, so do whatever you want with them. |

Adds a very simple autoconf build setup
Checks for fox32rom and allows for disabling serial (iirc it's broken on Windows?)
Also adds docs for the flow to use when creating a release.
