forge create --machineemits a singlefoundry:forge.create@v1envelope (dry-run + broadcast), rejects--verify/--browser/--show-standard-json-input, and on broadcast failure emits a typedchain.broadcast_failedenvelope with the full eyre cause chain. Non-machine output is unchanged.
