Update compose multiplatform to 1.10.0. And add js target.

Compose Multiplatform 1.9 introduced Unified web distribution. This PR added js target to enable this feature.

This PR includes these changes:

1. [core] Update compose multiplatform to 1.10.0
2. [core] Add js target in core module.
3. [sample] Move the source code of sample:web-wasm from wasmJsMain to webMain. Which is a common source set of
   jsand wasmJs target.
4. [sample] Use typed navigation destination because the old arguments style seems to be deprecated. Added the
   required kotlin-serialization plugin.
