What does this PR do?
Adds the ability on the lib side to parse the XML
AiTestingDefinitions, and sniffs the XML to figure out which type of testing definition to parse based on input. Symmetric with the create-surface PR #290 — same pattern, parallel naming.What issues does this PR fix or reference?
