Prepare the tmpo daemon to publish query data on request
E.g. for solar readings it can happen that there is a compressed file on level 12, but no further readings; thus, publish this file as it might contain query relevant data (example: solar readings ended at 15:45, query is 12:00 to 18:00, compressed solar file starts before 12:00 - without correction it wouldn't be read)

This is an additional daemon to allow querying of TMPO time series; it listens for MQTT messages sent to topic
/query/<sid>/tmpoand retrieves correspondingly stored information. See https://github.com/gebhardm/flmlocal#querying-tmpo-data for details.I actually don't know why on every commit the
avr/b/rfm12is attached - this is rather annoying...
