Expose HEADLESS env var for local Puppeteer debugging (#1171)
Adds a mouseButton FFI and threads an Event -> Effect Unit handler through registerMouseListeners instead of a pre-built EventListener, so the mousedown listener can ignore non-primary buttons. Previously any mousedown (including right-click for context menu) toggled persistent selection — an annoyance when using the browser's right-click menu on a fig. Closes #1032.
