Libhandy will be removed from the GNOME 51 runtime.

Adding it to shared-modules would ease maintenance and reduce duplication.

We need to know how many will need it which will be after the runtime is released unfortunately.

I have documented 13 applications, 2 of which might be EOL.

so the build is failing btw and remind me to merge this just before GNOME 51 is out.
