`NEXT_SESSION.md` is per-session scratch — handoff notes for the next working session, not project documentation. It's the only one of the three CTF-related markdowns at the root that's actually tracked (`haiku-ctf-runner.md` and `ctf-model-escape-report.md` are already in `.gitignore` and untracked).

Changes

  • Add `NEXT_SESSION.md` to `.gitignore` next to the existing entries.
  • `git rm --cached NEXT_SESSION.md` — local copy on disk is preserved.

Side benefit

`fips-agents create sandbox` clones this repo whole, so today every scaffolded sandbox project gets a 252-line `NEXT_SESSION.md` from the template's last working session. After this lands, that stops happening.

Independence

Touches only `.gitignore` and one tracked file's tracking state — does not conflict with PR #20 (Python 3.12 test fix), PR #21 (`.fips-template.yaml` manifest), or anything else currently in flight. Land in any order.

NEXT_SESSION.md is per-session scratch space — handoff notes for
the next working session. It's not project documentation and should
never have been tracked. Adding it to .gitignore alongside the
already-ignored haiku-ctf-runner.md and ctf-model-escape-report.md,
and removing it from git tracking. The local copy on disk is
preserved; only the tracked path is removed.

Side benefit: it stops shipping into projects scaffolded via
`fips-agents create sandbox`, where it had no business appearing.
