Some PRs that would be nice to have for the v2 release (feel free to add anything else you think is relevant):

• feat: implement hybrid cache architecture #1246
• fix: drop dependency on jwk-to-pem by using native crypto #1283
• feat: add support for using an AWS Credential Provider to authenticate MongoDB connections #1319

We might want to compile a good document for the actual 2.0.0 release detailing what could break and how to fix it. Thoughts? @kriswest @coopernetes @06kellyjac

Makes sense - perhaps an issue for 2.0.0 migration instructions in the docs. I'll create on now.

@kriswest I'll go ahead and make the rc.4 release to generate the changelog for the docs! I don't think any pending codebase changes are required for 2.0.0. Anything other than documentation improvements can go into 2.0.1/2.1.0.
