Summary

  • Removes all Great Expectations references from documentation completely
  • Deletes the obsolete GE-based tutorial (docs/tutorials/validating-historical-features.md)
  • Rewrites docs/reference/dqm.md to document the current native DQM approach
  • Updates ADR-0011 to remove GE code examples and mark as superseded
  • Updates roadmap, README, blog posts, codebase-structure, openlineage, and dataset concept docs
  • Cleans up deprecation notices that referenced GE by name

Only the CHANGELOG retains historical GE references (as a record of merged PRs).

All documentation now points users to the native feast monitor run system.

Test plan

  • Verify docs build successfully without broken links
  • Confirm no remaining GE references in active documentation

Made with Cursor

The legacy Great Expectations integration for data quality monitoring has
been fully replaced by Feast's native DQM system (`feast monitor run`).
This removes all remaining GE references, deletes the obsolete GE-based
tutorial, and updates all docs to reflect the current monitoring approach.
