Add monkey-patch that allows to add new fields on the student profile info instructor analytics csv file from other course settings: - Course advanced setting `nau_additional_features_on_instructor_analytics_student_profile_info` selects which extra fields to include per course. - Django allowlist `NAU_ALL_ADDITIONAL_FEATURES_ON_INSTRUCTOR_ANALYTICS_STUDENT_PROFILE_INFO` defines all permitted fields site-wide; unlisted fields are skipped with a warning. fccn/nau-technical#797
