I've been using this code in my Firebot - Kick integration and both the REST API calls and the payloads seem to work.
I just used
EventBaseUserto makeis_anonymousmatch the payloads, and didn't create a separate type for the user account. I had asked the Kick devs in KickEngineering/KickDevDocs#305 to be consistent withis_anonymousand they just closed the issue. If you want this to have its own type or whatever, let me know.
