After a while the known package location changes due to updates so the container will not dtart again

I am pretty sure this will fix the issue I reported in #7 but the repo this is forked from doesn't seem to have an image on dockerhub so I haven't tested it yet. |

I checked out this change and did the docker build locally, and it appears to be working and fix the problem in the issue I filed.
