feat: add meeting AX inspection and consent chat send

Summary

• add macOS AX meeting inspection for Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack, and Discord surfaces across native and browser apps
• expose Tauri commands for meeting AX inspection and best-effort chat send
• add consent auto-send setting plus one-time toast opt-in; send the consent request after listening starts when enabled
• add focused tests and a read-only AX probe example
