Summary: D105217107 landed and added `github.com/tink-crypto/tink-go/v2/daead/subtle` imports in `time/ntp/protocol/nts/`. The internal fbcode build resolves this via the vendored copy at `fbcode/third-party-go/vendor/github.com/tink-crypto/tink-go/v2/` but `fbcode/time/github/go.mod` (the hand-maintained github mirror module) was not updated.
