Pre-Prototype v1

Repository snapshot before beginning gameplay prototype iteration.

Includes:
• CI setup (EditMode + PlayMode)
• Testing framework, scripts, and runner validation
• TagManager synchronization
• Workflow gating and branch protections
• Project hygiene passes (folder structure, asmdefs, .gitignore)

This release marks the beginning of Prototype Phase 1.
