iOS expects
preferredIntervalsto be in seconds, not milliseconds: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/mediaplayer/mpskipintervalcommand/preferredintervalsthis is causing the skip back/forward lock screen controls to render with -/+ symbols instead of the skip interval
