Expose evaluation params on the pytest wrapper and point the FrozenLake test to the new MCP server path.

• Pytest framework:
  • Attach __ep_params__ to the dual-mode test wrapper containing rollout_processor, server_script_path, mcp_config_path, rollout_processor_kwargs, and mode for downstream access.
• Benchmarks:
  • Update FrozenLake test server_script_path to eval_protocol/mcp_servers/frozen_lake/server.py.
