…se_url - Added a new function to attach rollout metadata as query parameters to the model_base_url. - Updated the RemoteRolloutProcessor to utilize the enhanced model_base_url when making API calls. - Modified InitRequest documentation to reflect the automatic enhancement of model_base_url with rollout metadata. - Updated tests to include the new model_base_url functionality.
