Cut the 2.1.0 release — adds `easy proxy doctor` (#22) and `EASY_PROXY_NETWORK` + `attach`/`detach`/`networks` (#23) on top of 2.0.0. - package.json: 2.0.0 -> 2.1.0 - CHANGELOG.md: date the [2.1.0] section (was [Unreleased]) - test/dispatcher.bats: expected `easy --version` output -> 2.1.0 - CLAUDE.md: header version/date - README.md: drop the stale "2.0.0 in active development" note `npm run lint` exits 0; the bats suite passes 38/38.
