Comma delimited csv is displayed properly in Microsoft Excel as well as in Mac where as semicolon delimited csv files are tricky to open in Microsoft Excel.

Will this pull request be merged? Or can you at least add a separator parameter somewhere? USA uses a comma. Europe frequently use a semi-colon. So making it customizable would be useful |
