Update the URL of the docs badge to include it from inch-ci.org instead of inch-pages.github.io (the former being the successor of the Inch Pages project). [ci skip]

I updated the badge in this PR to now link to Inch CI, the successor of the Inch Pages project. The status page now is http://inch-ci.org/github/estimancy/projestimate It is a web-service based on Inch that lets people lint and show off their inline docs (as opposed to a static website served via GitHub Pages). What do you think? |
