일부 챕터는 처음 접하는 개념이 많아, 개념 이해가 부족한 상태로
설계부터 진행하면 학습 부담이 크고 리뷰 품질도 떨어진다는 의견이 있었습니다.
변경 내용
주차별 진행 순서를 설계 먼저에서 개념 학습 먼저로 조정합니다.
팀 구성 및 발표 · GitHub 공유 등 기존 운영 방식은 그대로 유지됩니다.
