Updates the dates for Emby and Jellyfin apps in the curated apps list. Corrects minor typos in the release notes for February 7, 2025, and June 27, 2025. Updates the descriptions for the 2025-06-27 and 2025-02-07 release notes entries in the index file to match the actual release note titles.
