- Implemented the function `getLBP` to calculate the Local Binary Pattern of an image. - The function takes an image represented as a 1D array and its dimensions (N x M) as input. - It allocates memory for the LBP output and fills it by comparing each pixel with its neighbors. - Added boundary checks to avoid out-of-bounds access during neighbor comparisons.
