Rename v2 API /c/ collection shortcut to /coll/

Renames the v2 API shorthand prefix for collections from /c/ to /coll/ for clarity and reduced ambiguity.

Routing changes

• V2HttpCall: updated knownPrefixes, routing condition, remote proxy URL rewrite, and inline example comment
• V2Request: updated COLL_REQ_PATTERN regex /(c|collections)/ → /(coll|collections)/

API endpoint path annotations

Updated @EndPoint path declarations in: ModifyCollectionAPI, MoveReplicaAPI, MigrateDocsAPI, RebalanceLeadersAPI, SplitShardAPI

• Updated v2-api.adoc reference guide examples (/api/c/ → /api/coll/)
• Updated Javadoc comments in GetConfigAPI and V2HttpCall
