Remix v3 dependencies

Update Remix to 3.0.0-alpha.1 and its peer dependencies, including the TypeScript peer range.

Updates dependencies to align with the latest Remix v3 alpha.

• Upgrades remix to 3.0.0-alpha.1
• Refreshes related @remix-run/* packages to compatible patch versions (e.g., async-context-middleware, compression-middleware, cookie, fetch-(router|proxy), file-storage, form-data-middleware, fs, lazy-file, logger-middleware, method-override-middleware, multipart-parser, response, session-middleware, static-middleware)
• Raises peerDependencies for typescript to ^5.9.3
• Regenerates bun.lock to reflect the new dependency graph
