Add a new "Conflicting Constraints" (Exercise 4) to the workshop to guide learners in mapping, deciding, and critiquing product tradeoffs.
This exercise introduces a three-step arc with problem/solution materials and seeded planning artifacts, building on the login implementation from previous exercises to teach how to make and defend product decisions under competing goals.
